Cinzia Giorgio was born in Venosa, Italy, the 1st April 1975.
She has a degree in Modern Literature, her thesis was about the History of Renaissance.
She has also earned a second degree in Oriental Languages and specialised in Women's Studies and Archaeology.
In 2002 she won a scholarship from the Bellonci Foundation in Rome, which organises the Strega Literature Prize.
She is currently volunteer Professor of Women's Studies and Art History at the Uni.Spe.D. of Rome
and she has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Roma Tre University. She has published articles for online newspapers,
magazines and academical reviews. She writes for the online magazine "Sherlock Magazine" and teaches Creative Writing. She lives in Rome where she directs the press office of the "Teatro Stabile del Giallo". She has her own review, Chick-Post, on E-42 magazine.
She ownes the Velut Luna Press website, dedicated to the Creative Writing.
